Immunoprecipitation - Anti-EMC4 antibody (ab241195)
EMC4 was immunoprecipitated from HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) whole cell lyate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded, prepared using NETN lysis buffer) using ab241195 at 8 µl per reaction. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab241195 at 1/400 dilution.
Lane 1: ab241195 IP in HEK-293T whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG in HEK-293T whole cell lysate.Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
