Immunofluorescent analysis of rat cortical neuron-glial cells using ab254133 at 1/1000 dilution ab254133 (red). An anti-MAP2 (1/10,000, green) labels dendrites and perikarya or mature neurons. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Doublecortin is an excellent marker of early developing neuronal cells.
