Immunoprecipitation - Anti-DFNA5/GSDME antibody [EPR19859-60] - BSA and Azide free (ab225893)
DFNA5/GSDME was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg of SH-SY5Y (human neuroblastoma epithelial cell) whole cell lysate with ab221843 at 1/40 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab221843 at 1/500 dilution. VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366), was used for detection at 1/1000 dilution.
Lane 1: SH-SY5Y whole cell lysate 10ug (Input).
Lane 2: ab221843 IP in SH-SY5Y whole cell lysate.
Lane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab221843 in SH-SY5Y whole cell lysate.
Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
Observed MW 55 kDa.
Exposure time: 1 second.This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab221843).
