This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formation (ab106162).
Flow cytometric analysis of C57BI/6 splenocytes stimulated with anti-IgM and anti-CD40 for 4 days. Cells were stained with 0.06 µg ab106162 (blue line) or 0.06 µg APC Armenian Hamster isotype control (dashed line).
