Flow cytometric analysis of mouse C57BI/6 splenocytes with an anti-Human/mouse CD45R antibody and 0.5 µg of armenian hamster IgG Isotype Control (left) or 0.5 µg of ab185783 (right) followed by anti-armenian hamster IgG FITC. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
