Immunocytochemistry - Anti-c-Kit antibody (ab273119)
Immunofluorescent analysis of fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized P815 cells labelling c-Kit with ab273119 at 1/50 (10.28 ug/ml) dilution, followed by ab150077 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green) Confocal image showing membranous staining in P815 cell line. Negative control: NIH/3T3 (PMID: 10523834) is observed. ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/200 dilution (Red). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
Secondary antibody only control: Secondary antibody is ab150077 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) at 1/1000 dilution.

Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 647, ab150079) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Cells were stained with anti-Lineage Cocktail (CD3+Gr-1+CD11b+CD45R+Ter-119) conjugated to FITC. Gated on viable cells.
