Biological description
Potent, selective, reversible IP3 receptor antagonist (IC50 = 350 nM). Inhibits IP3-mediated Ca2+ release from ER and SR. 30-Fold selectivity over ryanodine receptor. Inhibits voltage-dependent Ca2+ and K+ channels at higher concentrations. Cell-permeable. -

Handling
