Biological description
Lazaroid antioxidant, a steroid compound that inhibits lipid peroxidation. Inhibits cell proliferation (IC50 = 6.30 mM). Potent free radical scavenger. Significantly protects against LPS induced lethality. Reduces secondary brain injury in a rabbit model of cryogenic trauma. Active in vivo and in vitro. -

Handling
