Lane 1: Reducing conditions.

Lane 2: Non-reducing conditions.

As a result of different glycosylation, the protein migrates as 48 kDa and 68 kDa under reducing conditions, and 120-135 kDa under non-reducing conditions (SDS-PAGE).
