Specific Activity: 391 pmol/min/µg.Enzyme reactions include 50 μL volumes of 1x Kinase buffer (40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 20 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/mL BSA) along with 20 μM ATP, 0.2 mg/mL GSKtide substrate, 3mM DTT, and GSTGSK3ß. After 45 min incubation at 30°C, 50 μL of the Kinase-Glo reagent solution was added and luminescence from remaining ATP was measured.
