Specific Activity: 1200 pmol/min/μg.Assay was performed in kinase buffer containing 0.2 mM DTT using Poly-(Glu4:Tyr)-biotin substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 mM ATP. Reaction was performed at 30°C for 30 mins. Amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent. -
