- EDTA-anticoagulated normal peripheral blood. The antigen is found on >80% normal mature T cells and a sub-population of B cells in peripheral blood. CD6/T12 also exhibits weak expression on cortical thymocytes and the majority of chronic B lymphocytic leukaemias.
