Selective phospholipase A2 inhibitor (IC50 = 3.8 μM). Four times more potent than arachidonyl trifluoromethyl ketone (ab120350). Alters Ca2+ signaling and impairs memory acquisition and retrieval. Active in vitro. Centrally active in vivo. -
