Biological description
Selective adenylyl cyclase 5 inhibitor (IC50 values are 8, 132 and 1700 μM for AC5, AC3 and AC2 respectively). Cell-permeable. Non-competitive with ATP and forskolin. Regulates AC catalytic activity in heart and lung tissues ex vivo. -

Handling
