Flow cytometric analysis of mouse C57Bl/6 splenocytes (stimulated with PMA and Ionomycin) stained for Interferon gamma using ab253083 at 0.125 μg per reaction (Right) or a rat IgG1 violetFluor™ 450 isotype control (Left).
Cells were first stained with an Anti-Mouse CD4 FITC conjugated antibody before intracellular staining for Interferon gamma with ab253083.
