Potent dopamine D2/D1 receptor antagonist (Ki values are 0.4 (D2), 2.3 (D1), 1.4 (D3), 7.1 (D4) and 25 nM (D5)). Inhibits dopamine-induced increases in adenylate cyclase activity (Ki = 9 nM). Antipsychotic. Active in vivo. -
