Flow Cytometry - DyLight® 650 Anti-HA tag antibody [16B12] (ab117515) This image is courtesy of an anonymous Abreview
ab117515 staining 293T cells expressing a HA-tagged protein (intracellular) by Flow Cytometry. Cells were permeabilized and fixed. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/200) for 30 minutes at 4°C.
Gating Strategy: Gated on FSC-SSC to exclude debris/dead cells.
Grey - unstained cells.
