Biological description
Yellow emitting fluorescent alkyne dye for click chemistry reactions. Analog of Cy3® alkyne. Can be attached to nearly any molecule bearing an azide group. Non water-soluble. When used with organic co-solvent (DMSO or DMF), can be efficiently attached to water-soluble molecules such as proteins, or peptides.
