Left panel: 4% milk was used as the blocking agent throughout the western blot. Right panel: 4% milk was used for the initial block and for the secondary antibody incubation, but ab126575 was diluted in Abcam’s Blocking Buffer (ab126587). Note that Anti-Mitofusin 1 antibody is not compatible with dilution in milk blocking buffer. -
ab126575 at 5 µg/ml (2 hrs) staining Mitofusin 1 in paraformaldehyde fixed (4%, 20 min) and Triton X-100 permeabilized (0.1%, 15min) Mouse embryonic fibroblast cells by Immunofluorescence. Secondary: 1/2000 AlexaFluor® 488 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue). Abcam Blocking Buffer (ab126587) was used throughout.
