A Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated (ab97051) was used as the secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:20,000 dilution. Blocking buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM /TBST .
