RANKL was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg of Raji (human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line) whole cell lysate with 0.5 µL of ab276057 and 15 µl of 50 % Protein G agarose. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab276057 at 1/500 dilution. Rabbit IgG (H+L) Dylight 800-labeled antibody, was used as secondary antibody at 1/5000 dilution.

Developed using the odssey technique.
