Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-PHACTR4 antibody [EP12543] (ab192882)Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue labeling PHACTR4 with ab192882 at 1/2000 dilution, followed by prediluted HRP Polymer for Rabbit/Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody. Counter stained with Hematoxylin. Negative control also shown.
Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
