Flow Cytometry - Anti-4-Hydroxy-2-hexenal antibody [6F10] (ab243068)Flow cytometric analysis of 90% methanol-fixed SH-SY5Y (human neuroblastoma cell line from bone marrow) cells (+ 250 μM hydrogen peroxide treatment for 24 hours) labeling 4-hydroxy-2-hexenal with ab243068 at 1/100 dilution for 30 minutes on ice (solid line) compared with an Isotype control IgG (dashed line). A Goat Anti-Mouse: PE at 1/100 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
