Immunocytochemistry - Anti-NUR77 antibody (ab13851)
Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) cells stained for NUR77 using ab13851 at a dilution of 1/50 in ICC/IF. Secondary used was a Dylight®488 conjugate (green). Alpha tubulin and nuclei were counterstained against Dylight®568 (Red) and DAPI (Blue), respectively.
