ab173368 detects an ~38 kDa protein in embryonal carcinoma cells. Subcellular fractionation shows nuclear localization of Nanog. It shows specificity to Nanog and is non-reactive to lysates from non-embryonal cell types (e.g. HeLa cell lysate). -
