Flow Cytometry - Anti-LAG-3 antibody [EPR20294-96] - BSA and Azide free (ab251584)This data was developed using ab228411, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Flow cytometric analysis of mouse primary splenocytes treated with 2.5μg/ml concanavalin A for 72h labeling LAG-3 with ab228411 at 1/600 dilution (right) compared with a Rabbit IgG, monoclonal [EPR25A] - Isotype Control (ab172730)(left). Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Mouse primary splenocytes treated with 2.5μg/ml concanavalin A for 72h, then surface stained with anti-mouse CD3 (Y axis) and ab228411. Only CD3+ population gives a positive signal for Lymphocyte Activation Gene 3. Gated on total viable cells.
