Cell lysates at 20µg per lane.NB: This image shows that is was not possible to detect Jagged 2/JAG2 by WB in the lysates tested. This maybe due to low expression/abundance of Jagged 2/JAG2 compounded by the fact that Jagged 2/JAG2 expression is developmentally regulated and induced making it difficult to detect in whole tissue homogenates. In favour of the Jagged 2/JAG2 antibody (ab10556), this WB shows relatively low background and minimal cross reactivity in tissue lysate.
