General notes
Ab251284 is the carrier-free version of ab199536. This format is designed for use in antibody labeling, including fluorochromes, metal isotopes, oligonucleotides, enzymes.
Our carrier-free formats are supplied in a buffer free of BSA, sodium azide and glycerol for higher conjugation efficiency.
Use our conjugation kits for antibody conjugates that are ready-to-use in as little as 20 minutes with
ab251284 is compatible with the Maxpar® Antibody Labeling Kit from Fluidigm.
Maxpar® is a trademark of Fluidigm Canada Inc.
This product is a recombinant monoclonal antibody, which offers several advantages including:
- - High batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility
- - Improved sensitivity and specificity
- - Long-term security of supply
- - Animal-free production
Our RabMAb® technology is a patented hybridoma-based technology for making rabbit monoclonal antibodies. For details on our patents, please refer to RabMAb® patents.

All lanes : Anti-INSL3 antibody [EPR14834(2)] (ab199536) at 1/5000 dilution
Lane 1 : Mouse testis lysate
Lane 2 : Human testis lysate
Lane 3 : Human fetal heart lysate
Lane 4 : Human fetal kidney lysate
Lane 5 : Human fetal spleen lysate
Lane 6 : NCCIT (Human pluripotent embryonal carcinoma) whole cell lysate
Lane 7 : A431 (Human epidermoid carcinoma) whole cell lysate
Lane 8 : Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cells from peripheral blood) whole cell lysate
Lysates/proteins at 10 µg per lane.
Secondary
All lanes : Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/1000 dilution
Predicted band size: 15 kDa
Observed band size: 15 kDa
Exposure time: 3 minutesThis data was developed using ab199536, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
Blocking and dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
INSL3 is expressed in prenatal and postnatal Leydig cells. Human fetal heart, kidney, spleen, NCCIT, A431, and Jurkat cells represent negative controls in this experiment.

This data was developed using ab199536, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.INSL3 was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of Human testis whole cell lysate with ab199536 at 1/30 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab199536 at 1/1000 dilution. Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as secondary antibody at 1/1500 dilution.Lane 1: Human testis whole cell lysate 10 µg (Input). Lane 2: ab199536 IP in Human testis whole cell lysate. Lane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab199536 in Human testis whole cell lysate.Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
