Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-HDAC6 antibody [159] (ab253033)
Formaldehyde-fixed, Triton-permeabilized HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) cells (A) and SH-SY5Y (human neuroblastoma cell line from bone marrow) cells (B) stained for HDAC6 (Green) using ab253033 at 25 µg/mL in ICC/IF analysis. An anti-tubulin antibody was used to countertsain tubulin (Red) and the nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue). The secondary antibodies were an anti-mouse antibody conjugated to AlexFluor®488 and AlexaFluor®647 respectively.

ELISA - Anti-HDAC6 antibody [159] (ab253033)Detection of Human HDAC6 using ab253033 by ELISA. The BSA-blocked plate was probed with a diltuion series of ab253033 (10-6 - 102 nM) followed by incubation with an anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP.
