Flow Cytometry - Anti-Glycophorin A antibody [YTH89.1] (ab33386) This image is courtesy of an Abreview submitted by Mark Allenbyab33386 staining Glycophorin A in isolated human cord blood by Flow Cytometry. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 1% BSA + 0.1% Triton X-100 + 0.05% Tween-20 + 0.01% NaN3. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (2µg/ml in !% BSA + 0.05% Tween-20 + 0.01% NaN3) for 2 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rat IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
Gating Strategy: Against debris (low SSC/high FSC).
