    This WB data was generated using the same anti-FGF1 antibody clone [EPR19989] in a different buffer formulation (cat# ab207321).

    Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

    Exposure times: Lane 1: 1 second; Lane 2/4: 5 seconds; Lane 3: 3 seconds.

    The observed molecular weight is consistent with the literature (PMID: 16091423).
