Immunoprecipitation - Anti-EHMT2/G9A antibody (ab229455)EHMT2/G9A was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate with 3 μg ab229455. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab229455 at 1/1000 dilution. Anti-rabbit IgG (HRP) was used as a secondary reagent.
