Immunohistochemical analysis of human liver cancer tissue labeling Dibromotyrosine with ab241051 (green). Tissue was incubated with ab241051 at 1/100 overnight at 4oC then for 30 minutes at 37oC, followed by incubation with a Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L):FITC secondary antibody for 45 minutes at 37oC. Counterstain used was DAPI for 3 minutes at RT. Magnification: 5X.
