Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-CTGF antibody - C-terminal (ab238246)
Immunofluorescent analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed NIH/3T3 (mouse embryo fibroblast cell line) cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, labeling CTGF with ab238246 at 5 µg/ml. Primary incubation time 1 hour followed by an Alexa-Fluor®488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml). The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue).
Negative control: Non-immunized goat IgG (5 µg/ml) followed by an Alexa-Fluor®488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml).
