Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-CSF-1-R antibody (ab215441)ab215441 staining CSF-1-R in U251 cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with Paraformaldehyde, permeablized with 0.3% Triton-100 for 20 minutes and blocked with normal goat serum at 37oC for 30 minutes. Samples were incubated with ab215441 at 1:200 dilution overnight at 4°C. FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as a secondary antibody and incubated for 90 minutes. DAPI used as counterstain.
