Dot blot analysis of BRD2 (phospho S37) labeled with ab223255 at 1/1000 dilution. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) secondary antibody was used at 1/1000,000 dilution.

Lane 2: BRD2 (phospho S37) peptide (aa 34-44).
