    Immunofluorescent analysis of SW480 (human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line) cells labeling 15-PGDH with ab187161 at 1/250 and DAPI staining (blue). An anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor®555) was used as the secondary.

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab187161).
