Biological activity
Assay conditions: 100 nM of ab271761 was incubated for 1 hour with the indicated concentration of CD155 in a 10 μl reaction in with TIGIT Assay Buffer. Chelate Acceptor beads were added and incubated for 30 mins followed by Strep-donor beads for 30 mins and alpha counts were read.
