Capture antibody is a Mouse Anti-SARS Coronavirus Nucleaoprotein antibody, detection antibody is a Mouse Anti-SARS Coronavirus Nucleaoprotein antibody-HRP conjugate.
Plates were coated overnight with capture antibody (5 μg/ml) in DPB, 100 µl/well at 23°. Blocked with 1% BSA in DPBS (300 µl/well for 1.5 hours. Washed X3 with PBS + 0.1% Tween 20. Diluted antigen (ab279288) added in DPBS/1% BSA/0.1% Tween 20 at 100 µl/well and incubated for 3.5 hours at 23°C. Washed X3 , as above. Detection antibody (1 μg/ml) added in DPBS/1% BSA/0.1% Tween 20 at 100 μl/well and incubated with shaking for 2 hours at 23°C. Detection with TMB (100 μl/well). Incubated for 10 minutes. Read absorbance at 450/620nm.
