Highly potent, competitive NMDA antagonist; more active enantiomer of (RS)-CPP (ab120160). (Ki values are 0.04, 0.3, 0.6 and 2.0 μM at NR1/NR2A, NR1/NR2B, NR1/NR2C and NR1/NR2D, respectively).

Handling
