Phrixotoxin-1 inhibits KV4.2 currents expressed in Xenopus oocytes.
KV4.2 channel currents were recorded using two electrode voltage clamp, with ND 96 in the bath solution. From a holding potential of -100 mV to -10 mV, a 100 ms depolarization was applied every 10 sec in the before (black) or during (green) the application of 100 nM Phrixotoxin-1 (ab141844).
