Flow Cytometry - PE Anti-NM23A antibody [01] (ab275709)
Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling NM23A with ab275709 (Black) compared with (Grey). The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
