ab95576 at 0.125 µg/test staining IL-13 by Flow Cytometry.
BALB/c splenocytes were cultured for 3 days with plate-bound Anti-Mouse CD3e, soluble Anti-Mouse CD28, Mouse IL2 Recombinant Protein and Mouse IL4 Recombinant Protein. Cells were then harvested and restimulated with PMA and Ionomycin in the presence of monensin for 5 hours. Following restimulation, cells were harvested, surface stained with Anti-Mouse CD4 FITC, fixed and permeabilized, then stained with 0.125 µg of ab95576 (1). The ligand blocking control demonstrates that pre-blocking ab95576 with 1.0 µg of Mouse IL-13 Recombinant Protein prior to staining abrogates specific mouse IL-13 staining (2).
