Mouse CXCL15 ELISA Kit (ab234567) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of CXCL15 protein in other biological fluids, tissue extracts, and hep plasma. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Mouse CXCL15 with 1.7 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. The concentrations of CXCL15 were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the CXCL15 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows: plasma - heparin 50%, lung supernatant 10% and bronchoalveolar lavage 5%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean CXCL15 concentration was determined to be 757.6 pg/mL in neat plasma – heparin, 13354.54 pg/mL in neat lung supernatant, and 5334.90 pg/mL in neat bronchoalveolar lavage.

The concentrations of CXCL15 were measured in duplicate and interpolated from the CXCL15 standard curve and corrected for sample dilution. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean CXCL15 concentration was determined to be 325.81 pg/mL.
