Biological description
Endogenous agonist of the Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) receptors. Induces cellular functions such as cell proliferation and migration, and ICAM-1, IL-8 and MCP-1 expression. Inhibits autophagy in cells under starvation conditions by inhibiting autophagosome formation.

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
