For BD Accuri users, FirePlex Cytometer Run Buffer II (ab234450) should be used in place of the "Run Buffer" supplied in FirePlex miRNA Assay (ab218365 and ab218374) and FirePlex Immunoassay (ab208203 and ab209499) Core Reagent Kits.
This product is not a stand-alone item, and should not be used for non-FirePlex assays.
