Multi targeted inhibitor of FLT3 ( with an IC50 of 6.6nM), ABL, ABL-T315I, and Aurora kinase. Tumor growth inhibition in FLT3-mutated xenograft model in vitro. Shows a potent and significant antitumor effect in a dose-dependent manner in MOLM-13 tumour xenograft model in vivo.
