Inhibits COX-dependent PGD2 production (IC50 values are 11 and 24 μM for COX-1 and COX-2 respectively). Inhibits LTC4 production (IC50 = 6 μM). Shows antiproliferative effects. Shows vasodilatory and anti-inflammatory effects in vivo. Orally active. -

Handling
