Human MMP9 ELISA Kit (ab246539) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of MMP9 protein in hep plasma, saliva, serum, cell culture extracts, tissue extracts, and cell culture supernatant. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Human MMP9 with 22.17 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Interpolated concentrations of native MMP9 in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples.The concentrations of MMP9 were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the MMP9 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows: serum 12.5%, plasma (heparin) 6.25%, saliva 6.25%, 1.5% PHA-M stimulated cell culture supernatant 5%, and unstimulated PBMC cell culture supernatant 100%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).
