Mevalonate pathway intermediate and geranylgeranylpyrophosphate precursor. Prevents bone re-absorption, inhibition of osteoclast formation, kinase activation and induces apoptosis in vitro. Supresses tumour cell growth in vitro. (IC50= 55 µM). Cell-permeable. -

Handling
